The single
"Lifesaver" is the first single from "Fisherman's woman". It's released only as a vinyl 7" limited edition, with 1250 copies. It is also the first single released through Rough Trade, featuring "Lifesaver" but also "Serenade". With this first single, Emiliana show a new side of her talent, far away from her trip-hop debuts, and focused on a more accoustic music, which allows her to use her voice in a more serene way. It's a real success for Emiliana, and also a very important step in her career that finaly separate her music from the shadow of Björk's music.
